I am looking to see if anyone here wants to buy the Arrow headers off of my FZ8, I am likely going to trade it in for a new bike, but I know I won't get anything for them from the dealer! Pics below, there are a couple little scratches, but not noticeable. They are really cool because you can go for a ride, shut it down, and 30 seconds to a minute later you can touch the exhaust (without burning your hand off)! They hold almost no heat, it's crazy. See the picture below, I can post more if desired. I'm thinking $550 for them, I don't think they have more than 500-1000 miles on them and they are $650 new plus the $200 ceramic coat along with shipping and stuff, so I think its a decent price. We'll see, I don't want to end up like that guy trying to sell his FZ1 shock on the site that shall not be named! Let me know if you are interested, hit me with a PM, I'm planning to pull them off and put the stock back on this week. I am currently working nights (6x 13 hour shifts) so I may take a day or two to respond, don't get much time outside of sleeping, working, and eating!  |

Damn the timing hopefully they will find a good home though. I just pretty recently got my arrow header and had them ceramic coated. They look awesome, sound awesome, and proved a pretty noticeable power gain (nothing crazy but noticeable).
Arrows are about $580 shipped now. Ceramic coat for me was 230 (I had my flanges coated). Curious are your pipes coated inside and out? Mine are only coated on the outside.

The finish on mine is perfect. Yeah timing is everything huh? Wish you would have listed them earlier too lol. Hopefully they go to a good home! |

I think his bike already sold! Saw it here in MN on CL but not anymore. But yea agreed my bad. My brain must have combined this with the "Headers is it worth it thread" sorry fellow fz8er. I have Akra headers!

I run the HyperPro Setup.. contemplating doing the adreanin fork and rear shock combo on Ebay that Dgray posted. I was going to try and pick up the FZ1 shock to try it out or have it as backup when I send the HyperPro in for a rebuild... or was going to give it away as a gift during the holidays.
