Thx for the kind words guys.
I've always's lived by the saying "What Comes around Goes around" Bitchez....As far as the plasti dip MPC.. I dipped it maybe 2-3 months ago. It has held up awesome. At first I was afraid of the heat getting to it but with these hot as Texas day's and the heat from the bike, it's showing no kind of weakness. I did use 3 1/4" (i think) nylon washers to keep it from actually touching the rad itself.

Sun Prairie is only a couple of miles from me. Its more of a suburb of Madison now. No green space between them any more.

To be honest I can't remember. I know I used black Phillips head bolts. I think they were 6mm x .5
The bottom your gonna have to zip tie. I was gonna have a bracket made but zip tie has worked and I been lazy.
When I get back to work I'll take some close ups to give you a better idea. Also I think some edging around it would make it look even better but again I'm lazy.

OK!! I can promise you I'm no photographer but this should give you an idea. You can't really see but there is little nylon washers behind the guard on all 3 points.

As some of you may know I work for a metal fab company. With that being said I have the resources on all kind of metal and services. So we had some extra perforated aluminum sheets and wanted to used these to make my own radiator guard. Well doing so I made 2 of these. 1 Plasti Dipped 1 Aluminum I have the dipped one on my bike and I just found the other one today. I want to give this to one of our loyal or new members for FREE FREE. Which means I'll pay to ship.(unless it cost a crazy cost then i'll have to re group. Pic of the Guard Dipped Guard On My Bike I offered this to Shock awhile back ago but I don't think I got a response so Shock will have 1st dibs if he's interested. So just let a cracka no. This was so long ago, its obviously gone. would you be able To give me any info on making my own though, would it be something i could do in my garage? Im not in the fabrication business but im not bad when it comes to this kind of stuff

Hardest bit bout this job is finding small bits of aluminium for sale that is perferated. I am thinking of going stainless steel and then black plastic dip with the gold metalizer for a gold look. Just not too sure how the dip will stick to stainless will be researching this bit soon.

Home Depot sells small sheets of steel and Alum. I know they have some perf too but I never looked at what they had because I was not looking for it the time.
