I could do that, I just don't want to . . .
Very nice work! I wish I had access to a welder to learn with.

that result is a little disappointing. What did you top out at 96 hp. I figured the headers you modified would wield better results.

I've compared my dyno with jumbo's dyno: RED: R77 + KN BLUE R77 + KN + JUMBO MAP GREEN: my dyno WHAT THE FUCK!! it's very bad at hight RPM. I hope that the PCV will run better at these RPM... But between 40MPH and 60MPH it's good.

did you just put your graph on his dyno graph?

It just drops off at the top end..I imagine that's lack of fuel at full throttle. PCV should help that.

did you just put your graph on his dyno graph? Yes. I've put my graph with speed scale approximate.

It would appear your headers yielded quite a substantial result given that graph. Very linear and that's what it's all about in real world... Impressive work mate.

I agree with the linear improvement I just expected a slightly higher return in HP, maybe after he gets an appropriate map loaded he can get slightly more HP

He needs to tune for that header. The arrow is very different, cross tubes between 1 and 2, 3 and 4. Makes a big difference. On the new Tiger 800 Triumph ditched the cross tubes and enlarged the exhaust collectors and gained, I think it was, 5 hp and 2 ft lbs. All exhaust are different, the slightest change can make a big difference with tuning!!!!!
