Welcome, start with a list of missing parts. You may want to start a new thread in the Maintenance section. Do you have the service manual?

Im good on parts, but looks like im gonna need a manual. Just hooked up the ever so complicated wiring harnes. Got spark, fuel pump primes, and she turns over. However getting no fuel to the carbs. Btw i know it's EFI. Guessing I don't have something hooked up right.

From the look of that picture, that is the incorrect tank. Might not have the correct fuel PSI. Then the ECM gets info from the crank and cam position sensor. If these are not connected correct/ or are bad it will never start. You also have a tip over thingy, I have to look for the correct term, but its under the rear seat on the left side of the bike I think. If this is bad, nothing you do, it will never start.
Don't start it without your radiator and fluid in it. you will burn up the water pump. Also pull your plugs and turn it over, see if you are even getting spark from every coil. Fuel, air and spark is all you need. But if the ECM does not see data from its intake points, it will either not make spark, or feed it fuel. Gotta find out what it is getting and what it is not.

Thanks DJ. Tank is from an FZ1. I have spark, it runs with starting fluid. However I have yet to find a home for this male plug brown/yellow, off the main harness. My ECU has a gash in it also. Is there any way to jump the tilty switch? fuel pump primes... But no gogo juice to the throttle bodies.

The front one runs the pump (which is sounds like you have connected). The back one is from the fuel level sending unit. In the manual there is a lengthy section on the fuel injection system. It also references the Troubleshooting section.
